Ultimately healing comes from God, He is absolutely able to create miraculous healings, with or with out our asking and he is able to bring about healing with the aid of aromatic plants that He created or with the aid of drugs invented by people. Aromatherapy complements almost any other type of therapy or healing practice, whether conventional or alternative. In some cases it is advisable not to use some essential oils. Also keep in mind that personal care product are full of potentially harmful chemicals, by making your own cosmetics you can protect yourself.
